I'll start us off... :) I love that in Flex, I don't have to worry about browser compatibility issues. Yes, the client needs Flash installed, but with AJAX you have to worry that the client has JavaScript enabled (and with that, browser compatibility questions). -- A byte walks into a bar and orders a pint.
