There isn't too much to it.
1. Copy the Inetpub directory to the desired drive.
2. Open the IIS management interface.
3. For each virtual server, set the directory location to the new drive. The
Administrative Web Server entry will point to a subdirectory of
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\WINNT\System32, so you don't have to change it.
4. Stop and restart IIS, and enjoy!
