Hey, good work on figuring out how to dynamically create the DSN at least! It would have taken 100s of hours of me dumping around randomly to figure that out! =-] Funny thing is, I've been using JNDI for a while, but not really within CF proper. Your question prompted me to try to create a "real" DSN for the first time with it, but I didn't try doing any cfqueryparamed queries. Go figure. :-P I know how that tunnel vision is when working on a real stickler, sorry it didn't end as fruitfully as you'd like.
