Found the problem - for some reason, "n" type fields won't display locally (? - ideas anyboyd - ?), but they will out on the production server. Once I moved a test file to the production server, it worked. So, now everybody gets sorted by the number of time a keyword appears in their bio first, then last/first names. Query Object to the rescue!
