I don't see that character in the ASCII list, but it's a bullet character. Mac users can insert it into file names using option 8 on the Mac.
When they upload a file with that character it converts to something else (also not in the ASCII list) that can't be found when used in a URL string. I'd replace or strip the character on upload but I can't figure out how to make CF even see it. All I know is it's Option 8 on Mac. Robert B.
