Nope it is still not working right. I appreciate that tip though. I
changed it to only update 1 record for testing purposes. When I right
click on the file first tab (General) The title says 1.19.2006 Task
Order X-functional flowchart.pdf. When I click on the PDF tab is says
fasdfa under Title. When I run the script I have the title that is in
the db and the file name output on the screen. Then I am doing the
getInfo after the setinfo to make see what it has been set to. The
getInfo is right but when I right click on the file I am getting the
same thing as before. (output below)

Yes I am :)
I am a bit confused on what are you trying to do and please correct me
if i have got this wrong.
><cfset PDFinfo.Title=getDocTitles.doc_title>
this would set the title in PDFinfo
><cfif fileexists(filepath)>
>
><cfpdf action="getInfo" source="#filepath#" name="PDFInfo">
This will override whatever was set earlier in PDFInfo
> <cftry>

> <cfpdf action="setInfo"
>source="#filepath#" info="#PDFinfo#" destination="#filepath#"
>overwrite="yes" >
This would set the previous metadata back on pdf as PDFInfo hasnt been
updated
> <cfpdf action="getInfo"
>source="#filepath#" name="PDFInfo">
Will fetch the same result back

Try using <cfset PDFinfo.Title=getDocTitles.doc_title> after you first
call for getinfo and see if thats what you want.
