That would mean I'd be opening my files on my production server.
Not a good choice for me, I'm not *that* good of a coder!  :o)

I want to test locally then move them to production.

Is drag-n-drop from within the IDE between local files and the
WebDrive possible in the Explorer tab?  If so, that would be great.
