tGirl, Are you browsing that link directly, or did you get to it from your Start -> Programs ... link for the administrator? If not, try that link and see what happens. It might be a different port. For instance, mine is http://localhost:8300/CFIDE/Administrator.
Also, you didn't mention whether you're trying to access it through IIS or the built-in CF web server. Do you know?
