Looking at one of the computers that the grid is failing on we noticed a message from Java that it received a 401 error when it tried to get the following URL.
http://dev-administration/CFIDE/classes/cfapplets.jar But if that url is but into the browser, it happily downloads the jar file? Something about Java Versions?
