Try taking a look at this link it really helped me and since then I have had
no issues with Tiger or Leopard and CF8

Same problem happened to me today. If I take all the connector code out of
the apache config. Then apache runs fine. But otherwise it can't find the
webpage. I tried using the web connector app to reconfigure but still never
worked.

Anybody have a fix for this.
