i have ganymede installed, even though i do not use eclipse day-to-day, and one thing i had to manually configure was to enable the line numbers bar - i think the latest cfeclipse has it disabled by default... now i do have the code folding handles... can't remember which blog i found the instructions on - but I am sure google knows...
