I have a similar set up, and it all comes through fine. If all the setting
are correct and you are getting any debugging information, and all of the
boxes are checked in administrator, you should have it. Did you restart the
service? You shouldn't have to, but restarting (or rebooting) is the usual
solution for odd issues.

/*Subject: request variables not showing for local debug
/*
/*I have several sites that I access through apache via virtual hosts and
/*entries in my hosts file for local development.
/*
/*I have just added a new site, and I am not getting all the debug
/*information. The only thing that shows is cgi and server variables. The
/*other sites I have locally are displaying the information properly.
/*
/*I have gone into cf administrator and verified that debug setting are
/*correct. All the scopes have check marks next to them.
/*
/*What should I try next?
/*
/*Thanks.
