Pete, as of Railo 3.0 which will be available in the next couple of weeks, Railo Professional and Railo Community will melt into one product and be available for free. We will open source Railo in November this year, so you don't have to deal with any costs whatsoever for your projects. If you need any additional information, just drop me a line...
