I am still getting around 50 to 75 attacks a day on about 20 of my websites. I applied the solution from JOCHEM that aborts the attach in the application.cfm file and then sends me an email.
They just keep coming from different IP addresses so it is useless to do anything other than wait for the storm to pass and watch them eat up bandwidth.
