@Mike: Did you read his blog post? He said he quit his job because he felt he wasn't getting on-the-job opportunities to expand his CF skills and he wanted to get a job where he could learn from experienced CF developers. He's not under the delusion that he knows all there is to know about CF; he wants an opportunity to learn more.
