Is this user local? Your only real hope is to take a look at their computer. Have them clear their cache and restart. Take a look at what is running in the background. How much memory is installed? Available? What toolbars are installed?
Take the test page, and start removing pieces of the code until the problem goes away. What was the last part you removed? Stuff like that is where I would start. If you don't have access to your user's computer, it is going to be a lot harder, but it helps that you can at least reproduce the problem in part on your coworker's computer. ~Brad ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;203748912;27390454;j Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:312077 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
