I believe that there are differences in the way projects are set up, as well
as other differences. In JRUN Studio, you can compile from the project
menu, and you have additional settings in the settings menu. I believe that
most of the tools that it has in common with CF Studio, though, are geared
more toward Java than HTML/CF(obviously). You also seem to have additional
options in the tools menu, allowing you to start/stop your servers and more.
In the actual projects in JRUN studio, you have deployment options... I
can't think of anything else off the top of my head, perhaps others can add
to this.
