It is a VPS from Kickassvps.com Win 2003 SP2 IIS 6 Plesk 8.3 I tested it using port 8600 and it runs fine But when I run it under IIS I get this: HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource. Internet Information Services (IIS) I got the same error for the default website to see if it was a Plesk only issue (http://localhost/index.cfm) and for a domain created with Plesk http://elvisfish.com/blog/index.cfm I tried loosening up the permissions for the cfm file and and the scripts directory (with isapi_srun.dll), rebooted the server and restarted the services numerous time, added the scripts directory as a virtual directory as suggested on the Resin site http://www.caucho.com/resin-3.1/doc/install-iis.xtp and I am still getting the error. I even set the permissions of the CFM file to be executed bey "everyone" and still no deal I haven't messed with IIS in a couple of years so I am not sure how to fix it.
