That's because Coral Web Builder is terrible?
 - It doesn't support Session, Client, Application nor Server scopes.
 - Doesn't support CFCs.
 - Requires double quotes always, never single quotes.

And that's just what they admit to on their own website - no comprehensive list 
of tags/functions though.

There's also IgniteFusion and DigitalLattice Orange as other engines.
I can't currently get to either of their websites, but there wasn't anything 
interesting last time I did.
