Another vote to hostingatoz! I would hate to host my commercial sites with a very cheap hosting company because I would like to have virtually 100% uptime therefore, I have a VPS with HMS but I do host 12 low traffic personal sites (10 my friends and 2 of mine).
They had some issues when they were with SoftLayer but since they moved to some other provider in California, the uptime is almost 100%.
