Hi all, I had an interesting request from a client and I'm not finding much info out there on what the client needs.
Without going into too much detail (love those NDAs!), the client wants to offer instant-approval lines of credit to Web site visitors. In essence, the thinking is: visitor goes to the site, enters info on a credit app, and either gets approval for a set amount of credit or doesn't. My question: What service does the client need to approve those credit apps? A regular merchant account or something else? I've helped set up regular merchant accounts for e-commerce but have never dealt with this area before.
