I have a variable passed though a URL that looks like this

index.cfm?a=1,2,3

The variable "a" is passed to a SQL statement WHERE clause as
part of an "IN" operator

IE: WHERE b in (#url.a#).

How would I encapsulate "url.a" in a CFQueryParam properly, is this a
case where I wouldn't define the cfsqltype?
