There is nothing specific to the installation of SQL Server 2008. On the 
CF side a lot depends on versions and drivers. Some of our applications 
using the Adobe drivers work fine, some of the applications using the MS 
drivers need a driver update and work fine after that, and some  have 
lots of issues after the driver update. Just test it.
