The American flag in the upper right-hand corner is a pull-down of other 
countries. Select a different country and the page changes for that country.

We didn't build this. We used a third-party e-commerce vendor that already had 
this built. They also handle the transaction processing. (The vendor we used on 
this is FastSprint http://www.fastspring.com. If you need a contact there, I'd 
be happy to put you in touch with them.) 

2. If you do it internally, I believe the credit card company can do all the 
conversions (as can PayPal).
