Jake, You might want to look at AJAX libraries instead. jQuery has a number of good lightbox plug-ins. Check out Thickbox as a sample of what I'm referring to. http://jquery.com/demo/thickbox/ It isn't clear what you mean by resize. Is this like a zoom feature, or is it a feature where the user can change the dimensions of the file and upload the modified file back to the server?
