Yep, they use CF alright. Knew some of the folks here in Atlanta back when.
It's definitely F-ed up, and though it can bring down individual sessions at a time, if you bring enough of them down the site starts delivering partial page assets and throws other temper tantrums. Tonight it also started throwing markup and session info onto the page.
