Dave,

Thank you for the response.  Based on your comment about both servers needing 
to have the same directory structure, I created a windows junction that mapped 
the same path being used by iPlant to the docroot of IIS and everything appears 
to be working fine.

I will also take a look at the reverse proxy idea.
