with very limited control. Do you know anything like that?
Off my head, I'm "thinking" loud of the following format:
Screen shot
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                                                                     _____
                                                                    |_____|
search
 Firefox config+ information organization+ email to friend multimedia

 IE8+    Opera   export+

 ...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Motivation: if one tool can effectively solve a majority of users' problems why
using two.

Intended users: average "Joe" or "Mary".

Notes:
1) keyword with + sign indicates that the thread/topic has follow-up;
2) each is clickable (using W3C's first/default HTML standard for link) and the
action would expand it for view and/or follow-up;
3) YOUR posts will always show up as the first ones with "coloring" schema;
4) the ordering of the keywords on the screen would depend on their respective
popularity (maybe more...)
5) expected daily user volumn to be < 1000.
Ahe, another thought, how about list the top 10 most popular ones on top then
everything else listed in alphabetic order?

I'm not happy with it. What are your thoughts?

Thanks.
