If the page itself isn't throwing an error, it sounds like an email problem.
If you have access to the host, check the Spool and Undeliverable Mail directories. Failing that, try creating an absolutely basic page which just sends an email to your own address. If this doesn't get through, you've got a problem with your CF mail setup. Have you changed servers? Does your mail server expect a username and password? There are lots of possible mail faults...
