I use WordPress for mine and really it was because I wanted to get some PHP
experience and had a client that needed some WordPress templates. I really
like the ease of use and the amount of free templates out there and the
plugin collections are bountiful.

If you are specificaly wanting to run a CF powered blog then BlogCFC is
great as is MangoBlog... And like Ray said Mango is much more sexy then
BlogCFC.

So yeah if you just want a really quick blog with cheap hosting options then
Self-Hosted WordPress (wordpress.org NOT .com) is the way to go...

CF powered then MangoBlog or BlogCFC.
