Nic, I would like to suggest Fred Anderson. He works with me at Wolfnet Technologies, LLC and is the brains behind our MapTracks (SM) product.
He has become an expert in using the Mapquest and Google Map API's and tying those into Coldfusion. I'm not sure where this may fit into the CF.Objective() list of topics, but I think it would be a well attended class based on the responses of people that I showed our product to at last years conference.
