Dave, You reminded me of a couple of things I forgot to mention. I did turn off the Windows Firewall and Windows Defender to make sure they weren't the culprit and that did not solve the issue. I also tried to access the localhost on the guest from the Mac but was unable to get to the localhost, nevertheless, an error was not thrown. That last part I need to revisit because I really should have gotten some sort of an error about the server not being found.
