Quick update: 1) I guess 8.01 is the latest version. I thought there was an 8.02, but can't find it on Adobe's site.
2) This is actually affecting production, as well. Clearing the template cache doesn't seem to be working (either using the Admin directly or using the admin API). The production boxes are Windows 2003 running CF8 Enterprise on IIS.
