That version, as has been pointed out, is quite a number of years old. You might be better off downloading the developer's edition of the latest version (CF 8) from Adobe's site. It's free and fully functional (only limitation is that it can only be accessed by 2 external IP addresses... but developing and testing locally is no different than using the full commercial version).
