I would still recommend that you download and use the latest version of CF, if you're developing on your own local machine. You might consider doing this after completing your exercises with CF Express. You should be able to complete all of the exercises, although you may need to make minor changes to configuration settings, etc. Of course, you'll need to figure out those settings on your own, but as a developer you will need to learn how to learn things on your own! > Has anyone heard of "SQL-92" ? It's the ANSI standard for SQL. ANSI is a standards organization, and SQL is an industry standard; it's not owned or controlled by any one vendor. As a general rule, I'd recommend that you get into the habit of submitting questions like that to Google. It'll take you less time than submitting them to a list, and you'll get a more comprehensive answer. I wouldn't normally mention that, but since you mentioned you were an older gentleman I thought it might be a helpful thing to mention. In this case, the first result in Google for SQL-92 is the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SQL-92 Dave Watts, CTO, Fig Leaf Software http://www.figleaf.com/ Fig Leaf Software provides the highest caliber vendor-authorized instruction at our training centers in Washington DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Baltimore, Northern Virginia, or on-site at your location.
