Well.  There seems to be two more likely possiblities and one unlikely 
possiblity for the mismatch. They are: a) during uploading b) during download 
c) the zipped file changed in its storage.

And a scary scenario as well, that is, some learned ass???? can tamper 
file/files including zipped one with collision attack, they are the in the 
category of criminals... I'll stop here...
