I thought about how stupid it was for me to be using a ColdFusion page for the error page given but you beat me to it :) In any case, after posting this I did in fact try all sorts of things such as a complete URL with protocol, host and file as well as making it relative (all with a plain .html extension). Nothing seemed to work. Can anyone verify that they have this working on Linux with Apache?
