If you have access to the server's filesystem, just grab neo-datasource.xml if you're using CF 8, or neo-query.xml if you're using CF 7 or 6. If you have access to the CF Administrator, and have CF Enterprise or are willing to temporarily remove your serial number so that your server will have CF Enterprise trial version, you can create a CAR file with all your datasources from the CF Administrator, and then just read from the CAR file on the new server.
