Yup, I can confirm I used to have the same problem and that fixed it. Haven't had a single crash since upgrading to cs4 either, fwiw.

I've seen DW crash before and this is the reason, In DW CS3 go to View, at the bottom of the list you'll see "display external files" make sure this does not have a check by it. I think every version of Dreamweaver will allow you to display the contents of a CFInclude when editing. It's a major resource drain and should be turned off by default. Also unless you have an absolute need for it, turn off live data, again it's a resource drain.
