Only if you have access to the source files. I suggest that you learn to install FCKeditor into a directory and configure it with the image plugin. It rocks and you can customize it to your heart's content.
I used it for a while and then realized it was limited to such things as placing the editor outside of a cfform or loading it with javascript.
