The only thing I was able to find was in IIS's metabase... The HttpCustomHeaders property.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc784298.aspx But when it gets into editing the metabase, I got no clue. :) Although in IIS, if you right click on a site and go to HTTP Headers, there's a section to add/edit Custom HTTP Headers there...
