Definitely a CSS issue. I'm assuming you are using the print/screen
@mediatype correctly.
In your @print CSS you can try adding:
H1 {page-break-after: avoid;}
table {page-break-before: avoid;}
That may help. If not, I'd be happy to take a quick look at the CSS to see
if any sticks out.
