Have you tried running J-Integra in DCOM mode? Remove -DJINTEGRA_NATIVE_MODE 
from jvm.config and restart ColdFusion. (This assumes you're running ColdFusion 
on JRun.) I haven't tested the configuration yet, but I'll be experimenting 
with it shortly. It may require code changes in your CFML, but that's to be 
expected.
