Two answers... First: Make sure the content mime-type is correct (i.e. text/html) and you'll be fine.
If it's not correctly set automatically, you can use cfcontent/cfheader to set it manually. Secondly: Nobody except Google can *accurately* tell you if Googlebot will care.
