I don't think Bolt has gone into Beta yet. Doesn't Adobe usually do a big announcement when a product's Beta testing starts? (They certainly did with Flex 3!) It's my understanding that right now they're just allowing people to put their name on the list for when it finally does go into Beta.
All they say on Labs is "BETA APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED!".
