It appears very simple, see below.

And it works as intended for IE7, Firefox3.x and Safri on one XP SP3 machine
while it also works for Firefox3.x on another XP SP3 box. Problem: the
icon1.gif image won't show up with IE7 on the second machine. I suspect the
second machine is damned. What do you think?
Oh, I've also tried it as HTML or cfm file with same results as described above.
