I just did this work, but on CF8. Copy the wsconfig.jar file over to each webserver. Also copy ColdFusion's JRE to the servers and use it's java for the command line. Running with the Sun Java may not work if it's not the right version (this happened to me). What we also did was make sure our JRun paths were the same on all the boxes to make the folder navigation easier. I think the documents say to create a wsconfig folder and then /1 or something in it. I made sure this was in the same path as if all were on the same server. Someday I'll get around to posting a few blog entries on this as we also did VirtualHosts to specific instances as well. HTH,
