jQueryUI is probably the way to go. I've used both it and Scriptaculous, and jQueryUI would be my recommendation if you're not already using Prototype/Scriptaculous. I still mostly use my own implementation (demo at http://www.barneyb.com/web/widgets/) that predates both frameworks by a year or two, but I used the jQueryUI stuff on a project a few months ago and it was straightforward enough.
