I have a server with 7.0.1 and Apache 2.0 series and it acts like CFHTTP is disabled. It will not let me CFHTTP to anything, inside or out. I have tried various cfhttpparam (Accept-Encoding, TE, charset) and combinations of resolveurl and redirect but nothing lets it go through.
Does anyone have any memory or idea if it's possible to just have CFHTTP disabled like that, and how you'd fix it?
