Sorry I didn't see this post sooner, but to do this, change the following
key in your registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Allaire\ColdFusion\CurrentVersion\Server\Templat
eCacheSize
....back to 1024 or another value.
